Q: Are these functional VHS tapes?

A: Yes. Every tape in the store features the movie/TV show in the highest possible quality as advertised. 

Q: How long will it take to ship my order

A: It can take anywhere from less than 1 week to up to 4 depending on my current volume of orders and other daily responsibilities. 

Q: Do you accept returns

A: I do accept returns and exchanges for unwanted, light used merchandise or faulty/damaged merchandise if it was a problem that came from my end. If your VHS player eats your tape, that one is on you for not testing it before hand. 

Q: Do you offer international shipping

A: Yes, as long as the buyer covers the shipping cost with the understanding that I'm not responsible for potential packages lost in international transit as that becomes significantly more likely shipping from a small business to other countries. 

Q: Do you offer custom orders/commissions

A: Yes I do offer custom commission orders, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER so we can discuss your idea and cost.
